There are two ways to attain rank while serving in the Barony of the Flame. The first way, and most uncommon, is through exemplatory service to the Guild. The second ,and usual, way is through class level advancement. The list below gives the levels required and appropriate rank:

Rank 0 = Guildmaster
Rank 1 = High Council (Long serving officers)
Rank 2 = Knight of the Flame (new officers)
Rank 3 = Justicar (GM alts only)
Rank 4 = Warlord (Char levels 45-50)
Rank 5 = Flame Commander (lvls 35-44)
Rank 6 = Flame Loyalist (lvs 20-34)
Rank 7 = Flame Warrior (lvs 1-19)
Rank 8 = Jester (Disciplinary rank)
Rank 9 = Flame Initiate  

Ok a few notes, currently no one is supposed to be in the disciplinary rank but some peeps who were rank 8 under the old system have yet to be moved. If you log on and are rank 8, please announce it in chat or PM a GM so that we can fix it immediatly. The idea behind Rank 8 is to give people a chance to correct issues before things get serious enough to warrant removal from guild.  Some of the quickest ways to get to be a Jester is to constantly harass other members to the extent that people complain to your GMS and the main way is to break /AS rules. We cannot let a few people hurt our standing in this uber alliance so if you are demoted to rank 8 you cannot Speak or even Hear /AS.

We will always allow all of our members to invite people to the guild, however an officer or GM must promote them out of the Initiate Rank.

While in Initiate Rank the member can fully use /GU but can only hear /AS and cannot access the guild vaults.

  Being an officer is a Responsibility, as well as an Honor. We are here to help you at any time (We usually have officer coverage around the clock) and we really ask that you speak to one of us when you have an issue, especially if you were offended or feel like leaving the Guild over it.
